Will Walker Weisz // About

 I'm a Midwest-raised photographer and artist now based in Walla Walla, Washington. My work is driven by a curiosity for place and the experiences that shape us. Through photography, writing, books, and mixed-media projects, I explore themes of memory, abstraction, movement, and the ways people connect to landscapes, communities, and one another.

Growing up in the Midwest, much of that curiosity started on small local hills and a rope tow. What began as a fascination with snowboarding gradually expanded into a fascination with the places, people, and experiences surrounding it. Today, that perspective informs both my artistic and commercial work, where I am often drawn to the details, interactions, and environments that give an experience its lasting character.

My work spans commercial assignments, editorial storytelling, and personal projects. Whether creating imagery for a brand, documenting a journey, or building a body of artistic work, I'm interested in photographs that carry a sense of place, spark curiosity, and preserve something of the experience long after the moment itself has passed.
